One of my favorite events is here in town again, the DIFF.
Every year I really look forward to this event , simply coz this is the one of the most culturally rich events in Dubai , or should I say the only one, where you get to meet the film makers, actors, producers, media personalities or anybody who is a somebody in films or media.
This year is the 6th edition of DIFF, I have been covering this event for last 5 years. I have met and interviewed the creme de la creme of Hollywood and Bollywood during DIFF in last 5 years, to name a few, Morgan Freeman, George Cloony, Ben and Cassey Afflek, Dita Von Tease, Salma Hayek, Sharon Stone, Goldie Hawn , Preity Zinta, Abishek Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor, Kiran Bedi, Deepa Mehta and many many more.
I have also watched some great documentary films during DIFF, last year I loved the movie "Valentino the Last Emperor" and also the film on Kiran Bedi.
This year I m really looking farward to meet the Legent Mr. Amitabh Bachchan who is going to be honoured with a lifetime achievement award .
